Wellness comes in colours
At Seven Colours, we have a passion for people and wellness. Combining both, we take delight in leading our guests to a colourful sensory journey that will bring optimal healing, well-being, balance and harmony to their mind, body, soul and energy.
OUR CONCEPT & PHILOSOPHY
We believe that healing can be found in oneself and one’s natural environment.
Indeed, Seven Colours Wellness Experiences embraces the Eastern wellness philosophy, which focuses on the energy in and around the body, with nature at the centre of all.
Proud of its Mauritian heritage, Seven Colours thus draws on the island’s natural richness as well as local know-how and multicultural influences to offer a colourful array of experiences. More than a spa experience, it offers a holistic approach to wellness that permeates into daily life. Each guest is treated with personalised care and guidance on their journey to ultimate well-being.
HOW WELLNESS COMES IN COLOURS
The appeasing sight of a lush green forest or the feeling of joy before a sun-drenched field of yellow flowers… Colours do generate emotions and well-being in us!
According to age-old Eastern wisdom, light – the primary source of energy – breaks down into seven colours, which resonate with our seven energy centres, called “chakras”.
Seven Colours, seven chakras – that is where our name comes from!
Seven Colours Wellness Experiences thus embraces the concept that our body and soul can be harmonised and revitalised through the power of colours.
In all our spa experiences, we create an optimal energetic atmosphere, not only through chromotherapy lights, but also through vibrational music, aromatherapeutic fragrances, energised water and healing hands, for the stimulation of all your senses and the harmonisation of the chakras.
